Once you place an order we must process it, pack it, stamp it then deliver it to the shipping company. This process takes 1 – 2 business days depending on the amount of orders placed the same day as yours.
Once your order has reached the shipping company it will take the follow time frame to be delivered to you.
USA: 7 – 12 days
Canada: 7 – 21 Days
Australia: 7 – 21 days
New Zealand: 8 – 21 days
Europe: 9 – 21 days
Latin America: 10 – 25 days
Other countries: 12 – 30 days
PRIORITY INSURED & TRACKED SHIPPING: This just puts your order at the front of the line and reduces the “processing time”. It does not change the shipping time stated above.

These delays are unanticipated and although unlikely, it could cause your order to take longer than the list timeframe above.
We will not be accepting any refunds for delayed orders unless it is lost in tracking. Unfortunately during times like these there can be uncontrollable delays.
